Located in the heart of East Ulaanbaatar, this residential by Singaporean Developer stood out from its surrounding and became a local iconic statement, with its characteristic colorful facade and popped-out windows overlooking the surrounding mountain ranges.
The Rooftop of the ground floor parking space creates a communal playground for the residents, a rare amenity in the often over-crowded downtown of Ulaanbaatar.
